Sisters Loyalty - Terms & Conditions
EARNING SISTERS & CO LOYALTY POINTS
We calculate the loyalty points you earn by giving you 10 loyalty points for every $1 NZD you spend. For every 50 loyalty points you earn, you will be able to redeem one $50 reward voucher.
Customers with online store accounts are automatically enrolled in our loyalty programme. If you don't have any account yet, it's easy to create one.
MOVING UP A TIER
Your total point balance is calculated annually. If you reach the total number of points required to move up a tier you will automatically be upgraded and notified via email. To remain in a tier above 'Bronze', you must have the required point balance before the anniversary of the day you joined our loyalty programme.
LOYALTY POINTS EXPIRY
Your loyalty points will remain valid for 12 months from the date they were accrued to your account. If they are not redeemed at the expiry date, they will be removed from your account.
Logging into your account & REDEEMING SISTERS & CO REWARDS
Loyalty rewards can be redeemed on all purchases made at the Sisters & Co store or online. Only one $50 loyalty reward voucher is redeemable per transaction. Up to two $50 vouchers may be used on a full priced purchase of $1250 and over.
Sisters & Co loyalty rewards cannot be redeemed:
- On the purchase from which the points were generated
- On an order after the order has been placed (loyalty discounts must be used at the time of purchase and can not be added prior)
- As a set up layby payment in store (a single $50 rewards voucher may be used as a final payment only)
- In conjunction with any other offer or voucher
HOW DO I CHECK MY BALANCE AND REDEEM REWARDS?
Log in to your online account, then click on the XXX button located at the bottom of the screen. Please email us at online@sistersandco.co.nz if you have any questions regarding your point balance or how to log into your account.
HOW DO I USE MY REWARDS ONLINE?
Rewards are issued as voucher codes that can be applied on the payment page during checkout (only one coupon code per order).
HOW DO I USE MY REWARDS IN STORE?
Rewards are issued as voucher codes that can be applied by a Sisters & Co sales assistant at the time of your purchase (only one coupon code per order).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Sisters & Co loyalty points are not convertible into Cash in any circumstances.
Sisters & Co loyalty reward vouchers may only be used on www.sistersandco.co.nz and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by Sisters & Co. Sisters & Co reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
Sisters & Co loyalty reward vouchers can only be redeemed once. If you redeem your Sisters & Co loyalty reward voucher online for a purchase less than the full value of the voucher the balance of the voucher is not redeemable on another purchase. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. If you return any of the items purchased with a rewards voucher, the voucher discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
One reward voucher may be used per transaction. Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products.
The terms of Sisters & Co Rewards may be varied from time to time at the absolute sole discretion of Sisters & Co management. Changes will be notified to all account holders by way of the valid and active email address associated with the account. We will not provide any consideration for benefits gained or lost by these changes. We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice and without giving a reason for doing so. We will not provide any consideration for loyalty rewards you've earned but not redeemed, at the time of termination.
Our loyalty program automatically generates emails and on occasion the points balance sent may be out of date or incorrect. We are in no way obliged to honour a point balance indicated in automatically generated emails and reserve the right to deduct or add points.
INDIVIDUAL REWARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
Champagne Lounge Access - The Sisters & Co Champagne Lounge is located at the back of Sisters & Co and is accessible during shop hours.
Priority parking outside Sisters & Co - We have 4 priority parking spaces available for Sisters & Co customers. If all parks are taken at the time of your arrival, we are unfortunately unable to provide more.
Free Coffee at Coco's Espresso - Free coffee can be redeemed by the Sisters & Loyalty member only and is not transferable. Up to one free coffee can be redeemed daily.
Tickets & Trips – Tickets and trips can be redeemed by the Sisters & Loyalty member only. These rewards are not transferable and do include travel costs. If tickets are unavailable for any reason, an exchange will be discussed.
Exclusive Surprise Gift – This reward will be revealed to Diamond members only.
