We calculate the loyalty points you earn, on qualifying purchases, by giving you one loyalty point for every $1 NZD you spend. For every 500 loyalty points you earn, you will be able to redeem one $50 reward voucher.
Customers with online store accounts are automatically enrolled in our loyalty programme. If you don't have any account yet, it's easy to create one.
Log in to your online account, then click on the 'Check Rewards' button located at the bottom of the screen. Remember it shows online points only. If you would like to redeem points from in store purchases online email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can activate this for you.
Rewards are issued as online voucher codes that can be applied on the payment page during checkout (only one coupon code per order).

Sisters & Co loyalty reward vouchers may only be used on www.sistersandco.co.nz and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by Sisters & Co. Sisters & Co reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
Sisters & Co loyalty reward vouchers can only be redeemed once. If you redeem your Sisters & Co loyalty reward voucher online for a purchase less than the full value of the voucher the balance of the voucher is not redeemable on another purchase. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. If you return any of the items purchased with a rewards voucher, the voucher discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
One rewards voucher per customer. Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products.
The terms of Sisters & Co Rewards may be varied from time to time at the absolute sole discretion of Sisters & Co management. Changes will be notified to all account holders by way of the valid and active email address associated with the account. We will not provide any consideration for benefits gained or lost by these changes. We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice and without giving a reason for doing so. We will not provide any consideration for loyalty rewards you've earned but not redeemed, at the time of termination.
Please note that loyalty points cannot be earned on sale or discounted items. Our loyalty program automatically generates emails and on occasion the points balance sent may out of date and incorrect. We are in no way obliged to honour a point balance indicated in automatically generated emails and reserve the right to deduct or add points.
